We understand that schedules can change, so we offer flexible options for rescheduling or canceling your cleaning appointment:
No Penalty: Notify us at least 72 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without any penalty.
50% Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 48 and 72 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the agreed amount.
100% Fee: Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the agreed amount.
Payments:
First-Time Clients: A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the cleaning service.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through Zelle or credit card.
Important Note: Credit card payments include a 3.5% processing fee.
Accepted Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express at one flat rate, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Afterpay for added convenience.
