Checklist
THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE
• Remove cobwebs
• Dusting (all rooms including closets)
• Wipe baseboards (where accessible), doors and light switches
• wipe/Dusting walls (if necessary)
• Wash inside and out of sliding glass doors or french doors (removing stickers, glass, tracks and frame)
• Vacuum (all floors, carpets and rugs)
• Mop (remove painting spills on hard floors)
• Interior Windows (remove stickers, glass, frame and tracks)
• Light fixture (where accessible)
• Wipe blinds
KITCHEN
• Countertops, back splashes and cabinets (inside and out)
• Sinks, faucets, knobs and drain openings
• Range top, microwave and oven
• Refrigerator (inside and out)
• Vacuum (all floors, carpets and rugs)
• Mop (removing paint spills on hard floors)
LAUNDRY ROOM
• Wipe Wash and Dryer (behind and around, if possible)
• Sink and countertops (if any)
• Cabinets (inside and out, if any)
• Vacuum and Mop floors
BATHROOMS
• Showers, bathtubs, sinks and toilets
• Vanity, cabinets and mirrors
• Vacuum (all floors, carpets and rugs)
• Mop (hard floors)
• Remove leaf over debris, trash and recycling (extra dumpster fee may apply)
GARAGEM AND PATIOS
• Remove cobwebs
